How much can I bring in to sell at one time?

Currently we are limiting buys to 2 bins/totes per visit, in order to promptly serve our selling customers.

What if I can’t stay while you go through my items?

You are free to leave while we process your order. All ‘no thank you’s’ (items passed on) must be picked up by end of same business day.

Do I get my total right away?

We process all orders same day. We will offer a money option or store credit . The store credit option is 20% more. You can use the store credit same day once we have processed your order. (Larger orders or busy walk-in days can slow the process. We guarantee next business day if this occurs).

Do you accept off seasons?

We accept all seasons ~ All the time! We store inventory until the right season rolls around.


What time do you buy?

We buy all day ~ Every day and All seasons ~ All the time. No appointment needed. Just bring in your items at your convenience. We do ask that you bring in items one hour prior to store closing, in order to process your items same day.


What sizes do you take?

We buy preemie all the way to tweens 18/20. Shoe sizes we take up to size 7. We also buy and sell Maternity!


What seasonal items are you taking right now?

We buy all seasons, all the time! Don’t be afraid to bring in “off season” items. If we think it will sell, we will purchase the items.


Are there certain brands that you do not buy?

No, we buy all brands. We are looking at condition more then brand. We take anything that will sell to our Twice Trendy Tots customers.


What are you not taking right now?

We will look at anything! The only items we currently are not able to take are car seats, breast pumps, bike helmets, recalled items and cribs manufactured before July 2011.


Do you take maternity clothes?

Yes! We also take other maternity accessories.


Do you take toys?

Yes! Toys, books, games, puzzles and more. We will look at anything kid related, just bring it in!


How much will you give me for my items?

Our pricing and payouts depend on a number of different factors. Our payment to you is based on the price we set on the item to sell in the store. We are unable to give quotes without seeing the items in person to evaluate condition. Our best advice (especially for large baby gear items) is to make sure that they are as clean as possible and if applicable, in good working order.


Can I send you pictures of my items so you can tell me how much you will offer me?

We are happy to take a look at photos via Facebook Messenger. However, in order to give a quote, we will need to see the item in person to evaluate final value.

Can I say no to your offer?

Absolutely! Just because we have made you an offer for your items, doesn’t mean that you have to accept it. You may take back your items at anytime until an agreed upon amount has been confirmed. Your buying agreement is provide.
